hi everyone Chelsea Murray here with Marky Mitchell's marine comm and I'm gonna be going over how to build brand loyalty through social media so top way is by being responsive so following up with a user when they comment message post ways you can go ahead and do this is through messenger but that is a way to easily go ahead and follow up with conversation with people when they reach out or you can go ahead and have somebody designated to respond back but being responsive can keep your users engaged know that you truly care by responding to them then sharing customer feedback is another way as well so ask for testimonials get reviews and then utilize that as a post and that can be another way to use as social proof for your business so use it on like your landing pages as well as turn it into post content and ads you can also create user-generated content so for example a lot of brands will do different contests to get a user to go ahead tag them or create a photo with their brand so those are some ways to play with it and can feature their photos or when 3rd featuring you as a brand that drives more traffic of 3rd followers to be able to see your brand so creating contests that engage with your user then creating and interacting with you as a brand and then creating content for your customers to stay in the loop with your brand your business to know what's going on so for example Patagonia created a post on their values with their brand so just kind of being open showing more personality showing the things that you care about but you or more things about you your brand your business provides the users a way to connect with you so creating more content for the users to connect with you then you can even go ahead and partner with brand influencers to connect with their followers you can promote ads so building more ads to showcase your products and your features and ways that you can help the user as well as when you're creating content you can always go ahead and on videos can create custom audiences of it so people that have watched the video for you know 50% three seconds 95 percent of the video there's all these to select when you're creating a custom audience and then you can go ahead and target them with your ads there's a way to retarget and keep building a warmer audience so those are ways to keep building your brand and your brand loyalty through social media by connecting with your followers

are you finding it increasingly expensive to advertise to new customers unfortunately digital marketing is more expensive than ever before but thankfully there's an inexpensive way to improve your returns through social media brand loyalty social media can be a great way to focus on building bonds with your customers and strengthen a base of repeat purchasers in this video we'll show you four ways you can leverage social media to build brand loyalty one build brand awareness through interaction social media is all about forming connections that's why advertising on facebook instagram and other social platforms is perfect for fostering customer relations and building brand loyalty but keep in mind that it may start slowly so don't get discouraged it takes time to let people know you're online and to build a faithful following to get started make regular visits to your comment section thank customers for compliments and give them one in return and if you receive negative comments take a deep breath and don't get defensive turn them into learning experiences for everyone a product on a shelf can't start a conversation but a social media account can give it personality and a voice 2. encourage user generated content user generated content or ugc are posts from your customers that talk about or promote your products and it's a great way to get customers to participate in marketing your brand at little to no cost for you so how do you encourage user generated content make it simple for people to tag your brand in their posts by encouraging hashtags and creating giveaways this builds brand loyalty by motivating customers to engage with your brand and promote it themselves one of the biggest benefits of ugc is that it gives real customers the opportunity to provide positive reviews knowing that someone outside of the business had a positive experience with your product or service has the potential to convert newcomers into new customers faster three make followers feel like part of your team build brand loyalty by making followers feel like insiders keep them updated about company news events and behind the scenes activity transparency is a huge selling point for potential customers when you're willing to show the ins and outs of your operation and the people behind the business you lend authenticity to your brand which in turn strengthens connections pro tip what you share with your audience will look different for every business but here's a list of ideas to get started introduce them to your staff show followers how things work at your company share unboxing videos tease upcoming products four pick the right platforms so where should you focus your attention facebook and instagram are great places to start people visit these platforms to be entertained but they're also following and interacting with their favorite brands these platforms also display data and shine a light on the demographics of your followers understanding these things lets you develop tailored messaging and improve your customers experience and remember developing brand loyalty isn't a one and done deal a constant presence is key to converting a cold audience into a brand loyalty while social media is an amazing place to grow your business remember it's just one part of the marketing funnel for example by interweaving your email campaign with your social one you can send people to your pages and make it easier for them to join your mailing list combining these different platforms is the best way to drive exponential growth for your business see how logical position can help grow your brand through a holistic omni channel marketing approach just visit logicalposition.com
