if you were to ask a business leader or a company leader what's your most important asset they may struggle to say what that really is they may talk about their product or their customers actually their most important assets are their employees their employees build their products deliver their products interface with customers and represent their brand every day so my job is to help employees best represent the brand no matter if it's through media through stakeholder engagement through a crisis or through giving a presentation inside or outside the company how that employee comes across and represents the brand is the way to grow business and oh by the way when you grow your employees skills you also increase retention and I know from personal experience that finding good talent and nurturing them is the way to be successful so you have to take care of the people who who helped lift you up as a leader you
